Kathryn, it’s the strangest’ thing.... The first combination’s visualization says a journal is recommended and speaks of going through an old forest into a meadow of wildflowers....

I started a journal a year ago...on the cover is a girl with long hair, lying in a meadow of wildflowers with some old, tall trees in the background. Coincidence? I think not!

Kathryn and I met through the Internet. At first, it seemed very coincidental, in that our meeting was related to particular posting on a newsgroup that we both belonged to. However, it was indeed much more than that! Little did I know it at the time, but I was just beginning on a grand spiritual adventure, and Kathryn would be the one of the first to lead and guide me through.

I received the essence last week and so far it seems to be doing the trick for me. Lately I have been having a lot of anxiety/panic attacks. They are much better now. So, so far so good! Thanks a lot! I will e-mail you when I need a refill.

I had a wonderful day today without having to take any panic attack medication. I'll talk with you more about that at another time and will keep an "observation journal"

We got the essences yesterday. I gave them to Zach last night before bed. He LOVED the visualizations and said he felt REALLY peaceful (especially while he slept). Something interesting he said, he's been having problems with another kid his age and he said, "I put my problems with Beau on the gate (before he entered the garden) and I thought about picking them up but decided to leave them there"...wow...then this morning when we did them, the first thing he said was"wow mom, these are really working, I can feel them...I feel so peaceful"

Yes I've been taking the fear release for about 2 weeks now and boy - it brings up my fears real good. It actually is the first essence of quite a few I've taken over the years that show effect so quickly and strongly. There are days when I take it once only. Hope that's ok too.

BTW - I had a real nice conversation with Mom, and she is making SOOO much progress! She says that she just has such an 'inner calm' now and she loves it! Also, we happened to see the man that was the source of a lot of tension for her the other day at my daughter's concert. I asked her how she 'felt', and she said that she could just feel the hateful, vibes and just wanted no part of it. She didn't want to 'contaminate' the goodness she was feeling. I told her that he has always 'repulsed' me, but that I was cordial to him on her behalf. So, it's good that she's able to 'sense/see' things more clearly. She's going to be a 'Poster Child' for why people need to take your essences! HA! ;-)

....On another note, I wanted to tell you, in case I hadn't done so already, how much 'good' your essences have done for my mother! Did I tell you that during her recent doctor visit, they couldn't believe how drastically her cholesterol level had been reduced??? They had said it was related to stress and wanted her to go to counseling - and that's when I suggested she try some of your essences and work on her meditation instead. She did, and the results speak for themselves! She is absolutely 'thrilled', and so am I!! Thank you SO much for the wonderful work that you do!!! :-) :-)

I want to thank you for this product! I have been using the fear essence for about 3 weeks now. It seems to have helped greatly with my anxiety attacks. I cut back on the essence when the anxiety diminished, and it came back. So I had to up the dosage again. So it definitely seems to be helping me!
